Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal expressed gratitude to those who criticized TV host Nida Yasir for asking an inappropriate question regarding her father’s passing.

Recently, Nida Yasir invited the cast of the drama “Tere Jaane Ke Baad” to her show, which included Momina Iqbal, Omar Shehzad, Daniyal Zafar, Anam Tanveer, and Syeda Tuba Anwar.

During the show, Nida Yasir, as the host, asked various questions, but one question directed at Momina Iqbal made her cry on the live show. Nida asked, “Whose departure in life has caused you sorrow that hasn’t healed yet?

I am unsure whether to ask you this because your father recently passed away, and you are going through a difficult time with a fresh wound.”

Upon hearing this inappropriate question, all the artists on set fell silent, and Momina Iqbal began to cry. Nida Yasir then tried to manage the situation by praising Momina, but the viewers were not pleased with Nida’s insensitivity.

Fans on social media rebuked Nida Yasir for her insensitive question, and Momina Iqbal also reacted to this criticism. One user commented, “She doesn’t have the sense to ask questions,” which Momina Iqbal liked, showing her stance against Nida Yasir.

Momina Iqbal shared pictures taken on set during the show on the photo and video-sharing app Instagram. In the caption of this post, Momina thanked all her fans who understood her grief and criticized Nida Yasir for making a spectacle of her emotions.

Momina wrote, “I am at a loss for words to thank you all for standing by me and for your sympathy.” She also mentioned Daniyal Zafar and Syeda Tuba Anwar, who were part of the drama cast and appeared on the show with her.
