Legendary singer Cher is accused of allegedly hiring four men to forcibly kidnap her son, Elijah Blue Allman from a New York hotel. New court documents reveal this traumatic incident happened on the night of his wedding anniversary with Elijah’s estranged wife, Marie Angela King.
These allegations against Cher were detailed in a court declaration signed by King as part of their ongoing divorce case, which was initiated by Allman in November 2021.
In the filing, King claims she and Allman had committed to working on their marriage after Cher had requested she leave their family home. Allman and King allegedly spent 12 days alone together in New York leading up to their anniversary on Nov. 30, which is when the kidnapping is said to have happened.
King claims that she and Allman had been working on their marriage, but after spending reconciling days together in New York, four individuals allegedly came to their hotel room and took Allman away, with King asserting that one of them claimed to have been hired by Cher.
