As the CEO of Aero Engine Craft, Pakistan’s pioneering private aviation company, which she co-founded with her father, Sarah is dedicated to developing eco-friendly aviation technologies.
Sarah’s father, Masood Latif Quraishi, brings a wealth of experience from the aviation industry and is a renowned scientist in Pakistan. Sarah’s passion for engines and machinery grew as she worked alongside her father. During an internship in the automotive sector, she became inspired to explore engines that utilize environmentally friendly technology.
Sarah obtained her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the prestigious National University of Science and Technology in Pakistan. Building on her foundation, she acquired a private pilot license and pursued a master’s degree in aerospace dynamics. Committed to furthering her knowledge and expertise, Sarah went on to complete a Ph.D. in aerospace propulsion from a public university in Cranfield, England. During her academic journey, she also gained hands-on experience in acrobatic flying.
Sarah’s primary focus has been on developing a contrail-free aircraft engine. Her groundbreaking invention aims to mitigate the negative environmental impact caused by greenhouse gas emissions during flight.
