It’s official – Blitz Advertising is now 100% owned by Z2C Limited.
The Spark Foundry affiliation attached to Blitz will now be added to Brainchild.
Blitz Advertising will work independently as a creative agency, no longer working on media.
Brainchild now represents Starcom, Mediavest, Publicis Media, and Spark Foundry in Pakistan.
They now stands toe-to-toe with GroupM’s Mindshare, Mediacom, INCA, Wavemaker, and m/Six in terms of revenue.
Now that both have had a taste of PSL, the next arena to dominate in is Walee vs INCA.
This involves locking PMP-level deals with digital content creators.
A whitespace they should go after is analog content creators just as GroupM ESP did.
They can create a team whose entire job is to secure branded content integrations for upcoming movies and shows, so that directors and showrunners can be focused on shooting instead of going around and explaining the storyboard and contextual product placement.
In doing so, either Walee or INCA can secure long-form Hero Content on their own platforms for digital streaming while being a commercial partner in helping the movie/show get created in the first place.
They can either do this or wait for TikTok to eat this share of the pie as well.
If not then the casino apps from Russia and India – that are sponsoring PSL teams – will be apply to execute any CAC strategy that captures the masses.
